- Unlimited parking
- Access to Fire pit and use of upper deck with seating

Your private, weekend event also includes:
- Access to 15 acres of scenic grounds from from Friday 12 noon-Sunday 2pm.
- 2 night's stay in our 7 hotel rooms ($1800 value)
- 2 day Bunkhouse access (for pre-ceremony hangout/getting ready with 8 bunks) ($300 value)
- 2 night's camping access for your unlimited number of guests ($10/person/night value)
- 2 night's access to RV hookups ($900 value)
- Early access for Photographer including Engagement Photo session
- Facility for Groom's Supper ($250 value)
- Access to our currently available decor (antiqued doors, whiskey barrels, signage, cupcake stands, easels, candles, spool tables, ect.) ($2000 value)
Additional Booking Information
-$1,000 Non-Refundable Retainer Fee is due at the time of booking.
-The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
-A separate, refundable $500 Security and Damage Deposit is also due 30 days before your event.
-An 18% gratuity will be added to any "open bar" tab. Thank you for supporting our staff!
